Dawn was INCREDIBLE. She not only helped us find a beautiful rental but when we returned to her to buy a home she helped navigate the entire process with us and was a gem from start to finish. She is the perfect balance of providing information you need to think about as well as allowing you to make decisions about homes on your own and also had a Rolodex of helpful experts, from plumbing, to legal, to movers, and home inspectors and on and on. Dawn was a one stop shop and was an unflagging advocate and guide for us throughout the entire home buying process.
Beyond her expertise she also made it fun, whenever we entered a new home she always could help us imagine fun ways to use the space; truly she was a joy to house hunt with.
Dawn was wonderful! She was incredibly helpful to my wife and I throughout the buying process. We're new to Sea Cliff and she shared a ton of local knowledge. Dawn is a true professional and was easy to work with. She has a pleasant and calm personality and wasnt at all pushy. She is truly hardworking and diligent with great attention to detail. She took great care of searching for home that would satisfy our requirements, all appointments scheduling, helped us navigate through unfamiliar neighborhoods and educated us about what each area is able to offer. She also visited the properties we werent able to see and sent us videos. Dawn was responsive and super patient with us while we were searching for our new home.
