Kat was a super star as she helped us find a new home on a super short deadline after our house in California unexpectedly sold while only being on the market a few days. She spent several days taking us to properties all over the Southwest Missouri area until we found the perfect house. Kat is a hard worker and stayed in communication with us every step of the way.

My husband and I had worked with Kat in 2022 with the purchase of our new home, through relocation services for my husband's job. We were so impressed with her attentiveness to everything, we knew for sure we were going to be working with her for all future real estate needs! I dont think there is a better realtor in the Springfield area. We moved from AZ to Missouri in August of 2022 and Kat was our realtor. We were specific that we were moving to Springfield but did not necessarily want to live in the city. That was no problem for her because she is extremely familiar with the surrounding areas. We came during the summer to house hunt while we still lived in AZ and she cleared her schedule to accommodate us. I was truly blessed to find such a Phenomenal Realtor like Kat. She took great care of me from the start as in day one she was completely committed to helping me find my dream home! Like all the other people in the Us, we decided to move in 2021. To another state. With our house in Montana set to close, we needed a realtor who would work at a distance, track down what we needed, and jump on writing up an offer quickly since houses were going quickly. Kat did just that. She sent recommendations as well as went down rabbit trails on houses found online. She pounced on our current home and got our offer right in.
