Linda is not only well versed in real estate rules and laws, but also knowledgeable in questions about titles, loans, city ordinances, etc. That makes her GREAT because she is a one-stop resource person. But what makes her AWESOME is that she REALLY CARES that she is able to help you sell with the least difficulty and buy THE HOME RIGHT FOR YOU! She goes far beyond the boundaries of what any commission dictates as reasonable service. I cannot begin to count how many times we called or texted her (at all hours) with "what if" or "I don't understand" questions. Never once did she ever display anything but kindness, patience, and a willingness to hear us out and quench our fears. I think we began to treat her almost as a daughter to lean upon, and she was kind enough to let us. But there is more. She is honest...totally transparent. She will share whatever she knows with you.
