Shelli was recommended by a friend when I started looking for my first home. I talked to several realtors, but from the beginning I felt that Shelli was perfect for me. She was so warm and friendly, but sincere, and I never got the feeling she was trying to push me into anything. She also pointed out several areas of Kansas City that I had overlooked, being relatively new in town. When I found a house that I wanted to make an offer on, she walked me through the entire process, including the offer, inspections, negotiations, and closing. Every time I turned around she was working on my behalf - scheduling contractors, working with my mortgage company, or even meeting people at the house to get work done when I couldn't be there. Even after the sale, when I had questions, she responded quickly and was incredibly proactive about helping me out.
