Throughout the entire process Laura was communicative and responsive. She was able to help us navigate several tricky issues with the seller, kept us updated, and was consistently kind, energetic, and passionate. With her help, we were able to successfully purchase our first home!
Additionally, Laura was able to provide valuable, personal insight into the area. As we purchased the home from another state, this was incredibly helpful. She provided a map of areas to avoid (flooding, tornadoes, etc.) and helped guide us to areas that matched our desired lifestyle. We also were able to do several virtual walkthroughs!

We knew from the first time we spoke with Laura that she was a dedicated and detail oriented person with our best interest at heart. She didnt just offer professional services but truly cared about helping you find the right home. She walked through homes with us with open and honest opinions of the pros and cons of each one. She was exceptional in commutation, research, and negotiations to help our family successfully find a home that best fit our desires. Buying a home can be stressful and she made it fun and enjoyable. Laura worked harder for me than I could imagine. There was nowhere she wouldnt go to help me find the home I was looking for, and I took her out into the country down some rough roads. When I found a home partially built, she did the research for me on how to build my own home and the process I would need to go through just so I understood. In selling my original home she kept to her reputation of having an offer the first week. That offer/person ended up being the buyer. Before we even got to the place of listing it, Laura researched my home, the history of its design and the people who owned it (including my family). Laura is highly motivated, inquisitive and driven to do the best job for her clients that she can. It was a pleasure to work with her. She is excellent!

Outstanding home selling experience! I was indifferent about selling my home so had originally put it on the market as a For Sale By Owner. Laura reached out to me and listened to my concerns about listing with an agent. After initially turning her down, she and her team proposed a creative approach to selling my home while being flexible to accommodate my needs for a short listing period and my ultimate net proceeds from the sale. As promised, Laura make the entire listing process totally hassle free for me. We utilized an app for scheduling appointments which made the communication process easy and clear. Within 3 weeks to my surprise we received a full ask offer. Compromises were made by all parties - buyer, seller and both sales agents to make the sale happen, but in the end everyone benefited from the great negotiations that Laura facilitated. Laura, completely embarrassed our situation in both selling and purchasing our homes. She did this by listening to, acknowledging and confirming our current situation and future! During the last 10 days of selling and buying she assisted us with moving as the buyers of our home did not extend any grace to our move out, or honor the actual purchase contract. She came out to our house the night before closing and filed up her own car. After closing she move all of these items to our new home. Humbled and honored to have her as our friend in this process.
