Asia was absolutely incredible. This was my first home purchase and I was completely out of my mind. Asia kept me calm and informed the entire time. I also struggled to describe to anyone what I was really looking for in a home, but Asia figured it out. The home I ended up purchasing was a listing she brought to me--I hadn't even seen it pop up online yet. I have no doubt that if Asia hadn't been working for me I wouldn't have gotten this house. It had been on the market less than a day when I saw it, and we put in our offer on the spot. She talked me through exactly what I needed to do to make a solid offer that I was comfortable with, but one that would still stand out. I had already lost out on one listing with another realtor, and Asia knew exactly what I needed to do to structure my offer based on the price range I was looking in and the kind of loan I had. My home had multiple offers despite being on the market for barely a day, but mine was the most favorable (based entirely on her advice.) Her knowledge of the region and of the current market is phenomenal and her instincts are SPOT ON. Seriously, I would trust to to sell me anything--a mansion, a double wide, a cottage in the woods. I trust she knows what she's doing at every level. She communicates clearly and promptly, and never once made me feel like she'd lost track of me (despite this INSANE market we're in.) She's also just a joy to work with on a personal level. I told her I can't wait to work with her in 10 years when we're ready to upgrade to another home, and I really mean that. In the meantime, I'm telling all my friends to buy houses from her. :) 2022
