I made a full price offer he had listed with owner financing at 9% with a balloon in 3 years. He told me the owner accepted my verbal offer and would write the contract. I waited two days to get the contract. he was hard to get in touch with. I got the contract and it was not written the way it should have been for an owner financing. ( I am a realtor and developer for 30 years in Florida) I sent him the corrections by email explaining how to write it. He was not communicating for two days again. I finally got a text that he would do the changes. Then an hour later another text that the owner did not want to go along with my offer that he already accepted. Two things happened... Andrew did not explain the offer correctly or found another buyer. He was unprofessional. The time it took him was uncalled for and costs me to lose another property I was looking at in case the one he had did not go through. When doing land deals you need experience he does not have this.
