Ive never won the lottery before but I feel a bit like I did when I luckily found Tony Horge as my realtor in Sarasota! And I am saying this with complete sincerity!!
This guy works unbelievably hard for his client! He does his research and hes honest and upfront in everything he does for you. We closed on a BEAUTIFUL condo IN JUST 5 DAYS. and I kid you not I have already (in the past two weeks) had 2 personal offers to resell it for a 10k profit from what I originally paid for it !!
Its hard to believe that I had originally thought about buying a fixer upper house here, in the beginning.
But Tony not only listens well to what youre saying, but also has an uncanny knack for REALLY hearing you and drawing out of you exactly what it is that you REALLY want!!
And it turned out, after all, that I am sick and tired of remodeling and doing repairs on every home Ive ever owned (for the last 30 years)!
Instead Tony somehow intuitively knew that I REALLY wanted a beautiful TURNKEY and ALREADY PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED condo by the water. And he found it for me! Its hard to express just how happy I am with my new home!
And in my mind it turns out Tony also found me an incredible buy!!
And I could not be happier and right now (because of this wonderful guy) I am NOT remodeling some old kitchen but rather Im researching the best boat leasing company in Sarasota to get out there and spend some quality time relaxing out on those crystal clear blue waters!!
Thank you Tony!! I can honestly never thank you enough for all of your hard work and for knowing (even better than myself) what it was that I was really looking for!!

In a tough market to buy in, Tony was hard working and willing to meet me at places, and eventually found a place that fit almost all my criteria at a decent price when prices were constantly on the rise. The only problem I had was that he felt he shouldn't even ask the sellers to help at all with the many repairs that I had to get done, so that is still costing me. But his guidance was valuable to me since I could not afford to pay more than a set amount. Tony is personable, busy, and a real nice guy with a great smile and good heart, & so I wish him all the success in the world.
