We put our house on the market at a difficult time but I never saw any decrease in the amount of effort or execution put into finding a buyer. Help with staging, great photography and drone shots, newspaper advertisements and open houses, were all part of the program, as well as the years of experience and connections Patrick has to offer. After filling out the initial forms and disclosures the Team executed our preferences and negotiated the contracts. We did not have to do much other than DocuSign the documents and go to the closing.
