The Dana Hancock Team was helpful in the recent sale of a family-owned beach condo. Dana was timely with showing our unit to a buyer, bringing us questions, communicating answers to the buyer, and presenting a contract quickly. She also helped to secure an appraiser and an inspector with a quick turnaround so as not to interfere with incoming/current renters. One family member who jointly owned our property was elderly, with no access to a computer. Dana also helped to make the contract signing phase and closing phase simpler for that family member by accommodating our needs as such. have taken plenty of time to let the insanity of the process settle before writing this review. I wanted to be an honest overview of the entire process and not just based on the jubilation that comes with finally closing on a home. I will start by saying that I am the easiest and simultaneously the hardest person to work with for a realtor. I say that I am easy to work with because I do all of my own research. I take time to know the area, drive the neighborhoods, research pricing, and even look into the county for things like permits to see what the future holds for an area. So needless to say, Elizabeth did not have to work hard on her end for research. I knew what I wanted. On the difficult side, when I say I know what I wanted....what I meant to say was I knew what I wanted and that adjusted regularly as I did additional research. This is where Elizabeth thrived. She was insanely patient with my ever changing mind. Once we finally found the right place in the right neighborhood she was there for us to help navigate the fun of starting the contract and even joined me at the design center to provide feedback and confirmation on my selections. Fast forward 6 months and we upgrade from the reason that she was a great realtor to the reason she is the best realtor. When I say best, I am not saying it the way that it is printed on a coffee mug or plastic trophy...I am quite literally proclaiming that there are thousands of realtors and she is the best of them. I have purchased many homes in my life and worked with many realtors both as the one purchasing and listing and she blew them away in both professionalism as well as skill. My wife and I found out we were going to be relocated from Dallas, TX to Jacksonville, FL and needed to find a home quickly. To make it more complicated, my wife and I had never been to Jacksonville.
