Selling our home was a challenge due to the date we listed (Christmas and new years holidays) and the change in market and mortgage rates. Amanda was with us every step of the way guiding us through price changes and then ultimately through the closing process. Amanda was always quick to respond and always helped with my sometimes silly questions and she was good at listening and validating my concerns.
