Did you know that when you agree to on line signatures, your realtor can sign for you without your permission and without your knowledge. Got to closing and there were $5,000 in buyer concessions that I never agreed to. Got bad advise all the way along. Was asked to sign for proof repair permit by Kem, who then said she didn't know that was illegal. Never having met me, she decided that I was rich brat and my parents must have given me the house. so it was alright to steal from out of state landlords. I have been supporting myself since I turned 17, emancipated minor. Watch out. She steals and lies. 2016
