Deana did a wonderful job at pointing out details about homes and locations that we would have totally missed. She was knowledgeable about areas and local amenities, schools, and growth in each area that we looked at. Deana rocks! She goes above and beyond just showing the house, notices problems quickly, explains everything clearly and she is super friendly! She also quickly arranges professionals to get a second opinion on the roof, windows, crawlspace, etc.

We were introduced to Deana a few years ago. Once we were seriously considering purchasing a house in Vancouver, she listened to what we were thinking of doing and helped us find the right house. As we were living in another state at the time, she used technology to help us see the houses by using video calls. We made several offers, and in one case, she stayed up to midnight so we could get the offer in on time. Her knowledge of local rules and insistence on getting inspection reports ensured we didnt simply buy something which might have problems down the road.
