Stacy Duke was so wonderful shes down to earth and tells you exactly how things are. we were so stressed out trying to build a house plus put one on the market but Stacy walked in and took most of the stress away and within a few weeks, she sold our house what a relief. she walked us through step-by-step how to do everything and if there was something that we did not understand she went out of her way to make sure we understood it. if youre wanting to sell your house with no worries or stress. In this market the home buying process is a struggle at times. Stacy stood beside me through the whole long process of finally finding the right fit. She is knowledgeable, gives advice but never pushes. Her personality is unbelievable and she is just an overall great person to work with.

Stacy is a great person to work with. As first time home buyers, my spouse and I had a lot of questions throughout the process. Stacy was always willing to provide helpful suggestions/opinions while also ensuring we had an opportunity to formulate our own thoughts. She provided great referrals too and ultimately ended up (after our own independent review) choosing a lender and home inspector that she recommended. She was also extremely responsive. Given the hot market, I was checking on new listings multiple times per day. Stacy was often able to set up a showing for the same day or next day at the latest to ensure we had an opportunity to view. Finally and most importantly, Stacy made what could be a stressful experience as smooth as it could be. She provided information, assurance, and care. And she really does care --- we closed over a month ago and she still gave a call last weekend just to see how we were doing. I would recommend Stacy warmly to anyone in search of a new home (and imagine she is equally good for those looking to sell their home).

I was introduced to Stacy by a friend when I was in an uncomfortable rental situation and looking for a way out. Before this experience I have never bought a house before, so I was coming into this with 1000 questions, and no idea what I was looking for. Stacy came prepared with 1001 answers and she patiently showed me house after house, until I FINALLY found my dream home. Stacy then negotiated with the sellers to make sure my house was up to the standards of my picky FHA requirements. Shes made sure all of my requests were satisfied also. We quite possibly had the most uncomfortable closing ever (due to sellers) and she handled it like a champ. Shes good at being aggressive, and professional at the same time.
