I would highly recommend Shannon to any prospective home buyer in the SE Arizona area. We met Shannon because we were snooping around at one her vacant listings. We were interested in looking at it, so we called her. We were moving from out of state and we had already done research on realtors and found a couple of them that we were interested in working with.
