Brianna was amazing in my process. We looked at homes and in the current market I saw myself with the potential of being under water in a market correction. She helped brilliantly in my managing my risk assessment to find a place with little downside and still providing upside. In a crazy sellers market. She was instrumental in preventing the deal from falling through. For a young realtor she drew upon market expertise that you might only find from someone who has been doing this for a long time. She responded quickly to all my concerns and did not lose confidence when the appraiser messed up real bad on the value of a unique property a half block from the beach. My review will be buried in the list of many great reviews in the future. I gave 4 stars for negotiation since there was no negotiation in this market. You had to come up with an acceptable offer in days without giving up the farm. She did that. 2021
