Briana came into a complete mess with our estate sale but went above and beyond in every way to clean it up and sell our house! After a horrible experience with a different realtor Briana saved us from going into foreclosure... Within hours of showing her the property she had resolved all issues that the previous realtor claimed were halting our sale and had our place sold for asking price quickly, despite the bad condition it was in. Briana stayed in constant communication through every step of the selling process, explained each part thoroughly and answered every question we had right away. On multiple occasions she even dealt with our pushy estate lawyer and not so helpful neighbor in a professional and kind way when she didn't have to. She is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of real estate and was such a wonderful person to work with. "Realtor" may be her job description but she was so much more than just a realtor and far exceeded every expectation that we had!!
