Unfortunately, for my husband and I having Carol Royse and Team has been a nightmare. We "worked" with Eric. Just as another review stated, we don't feel he has our best interest at heart. We want to cancel our contract, so he referred us to Carol Royse. That only added to our frustration and disappointment. She refused to terminate our contract. We've been "listed" for going on 3 weeks. Offers? None. Viewings 1 with feedback. When asked about marketing plan--we were sent a list of search engines where our listing was placed. Carol sent a report showing how many views our listing has generated (1974) and saves (84) . So what? It hasn't generated any showings. When we questioned the lack of interest, Carol and Eric gave excuses of interest rates have gone up, the market fluctuates, blah blah blah. They offer zero solutions, take absolutely no responsibility in SELLING our home, and we are held hostage because she will not release us from the contract. She has wasted our time, damaged our potential for sales (the longer it's on the market without an offer the more buyers wonder what is wrong with the property since it hasn't sold), and prevents us from FIRING her. Carol and her team are not actively selling our home; They are only ACTIVELY PREVENTING OUR ABILITY TO SELL IT! Be wiser than we have been. DO NOT hire them! They might have worked well for a few, but take heed: all you need is ONE lousy agent/broker/realtor/etc. to ruin your chances of selling your home.
