Eric is an A+ Agent. We met Eric and a half dozen other agents when we started looking for properties. At that point we were not represented or looking for an agent. But after we met Eric my wife and I both immediately decided we wanted to work with Eric for the new home. Eric is smart, hard working, and just a pleasant human. He is a good negotiator, and knows all the ins and outs of the transaction. He never pressured us in any way shape or form to buy anything, never any upselling, etc. - he is just a complete professional all around. He knows the market in the area well.
