Lana was personable, from the time we placed our home on the market within a week it was sold! We have used others in the past but this was the easiest, quickest sell ever. Lana went above and beyond anything asked of her and went to places and area's not necessarily in her area just to make sure that things happened the way they were supposed to, selling and buying a house was actually fun and worth it having her in our corner couldn't imagine it possible to have a better agent to work with.... 5 stars isn't a high enough rating for her !!!!!!

Mrs. Mcalpine is professional, a good communicator, and is kind individual. However, she did not always return her calls and seldom answered when called, so for those reasons we gave her a 4/5 stars.
