Most all of us have seen the movie Money Pit, and probably most of us fear a new home becoming one. I was extremely happy with the service that Matt provided us as we searched for and finally found this home! We have been truly excited as we have gone through this journey of expanding our home life as we looked for a little more room for our family. That being said we have lived a small bit of those "Money Pit"falls in this house as we have moved in. Some we knew about and had accepted them as things we would fix, others were surprises LOL... That being said Matt truly stood out in the crowd of realtors as an agent we were able to contact after all the papers were signed and he went to bat for us to help us coordinate some of those issues with the seller we bought from (Kudos to the seller too for doing what he could to help with those problems too.)
