Jessica is unprofessional and is a detriment to her sellers. We made an offer for a home that she had listed, and she never provided back a written response or counteroffer. She only wanted to converse by email with what she was claiming was the seller's response. Not sure if we were dealing with her or the seller. She also falsely advertised actual square footage as livable square footage is the main home, which is 1188 square feet, not 1488. We are sending a letter to the Florida Board of Realtors advising of her deception and unprofessionalism. I feel sorry for any sellers that she is representing. No wonder her listing for a home in Florida is over 90 days old.
