I've never gone through the buying process completely long distance and online and Paulette was with me every step of the way, from finding the right property to the right mortgage broker to the right home insurance, she was always there day or night to answer all my questions (and there were tons), calm me down and virtually hold my hand, even while she was trying to get a much-deserved vacation on a cruise. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
