He even got us an extension as we had concerns about meeting our deadlines. He was informative all aspects of the home buying experience. Bill was with us all the way through closing and is still available to us anytime in the future for any records we may need or any future endeavors. Throughout the process we really formed a good report and he became well aware of our wants and needs, as well as our short and long term goals for our new home.
