Where do i start? Jerry has many, many years of experience under his belt. Prior to becoming a realtor he worked housing construction. In his younger years when he was getting into the business he would go to the library and learn about how homes are assembled, the history behind them and the functionality of components within the home.
Our experience with Jerry was great. He has extensive knowledge of the housing market and local housing environment. His responsive skills are evident but his prompt returns of emails or phone calls. His negotiation skills are good too!
I would use him again in a heart beat! You will be hard pressed to find someone with so much extensive knowledge of housing. He will point out things that most realtors have no working knowledge of, such as: the foundation of the home, the footer, the downspout and roof run off water, heating bladder bags, asbestos ect, ect.. He will even give you recommendations on how to improve your home value.
