Joe Robb is an excellent real estate agent! I have done two transactions with Joe. In each of these transactions Joe has stuck with it to the end of the transaction even when the transaction took longer and was more difficult than was originally anticipated. For example in this last sales transaction, the house was leased to a group of college students through August 31st, 2023 (today in fact). This made the transaction a bit tricky because the purchaser of the home, had to wait until the lease expired before they could take possession of the home. Through it all Joe provided good guidance, excellent Title and Escrow partners, and a certain staying power that was necessary in both of these transactions. I would highly recommend Joe in any and all real estate transactions. Joe is a Pro!

When we found our property, we went through Zillow and were completely unaware that'd we would become owners in a few months time. Working with Joe was an easy process because he assured that you felt like he was apart of your team. Rather than someone you were working through. Which is difficult thing to do when you're working with my family and I, that is already a tight knit team. Joe was open to joining group chats, working after hours when it was crunch time, and was able to admit when he knew and didn't know something. But would always find us the answer. He was personable, listened to our stories, and was open to sharing his. It's important to know who you are working with! I personally break the bounds of professionalism occasionally via making jokes, swearing, and other small details many folks zoom in to. But Joe treated me as an equal, always. Which I respect, and thank him for.
Real Estate can be a grind if you choose that route, and Joe is not shy when it comes to rolling up the sleeves and diving into things. So if you're 100% he'll be right with you. Whether it's with ideas, low balling, taking a long time to finalize deals, etc. Never once did we feel an ounce of pressure to do something we weren't comfortable with.
