I had my home listed with another agent for four years, during this time Terry is the only agent that brought a prospective purchaser, we couldn't agree on a price. I took my home off the market for about a year. When I decided to put my home on the market about three months ago, I called Terry and ask him to come see me I wanted to list my home with his firm. Terry responded and we signed a contract. Even though Terry had pictures of my home, he made all new pictures of the inside and outside. He advised me that I would have world wide coverage.
