Marc and Debra made the enormous task of moving our mother out of her home to an assisted living apartment 135 miles away so much easier. Marc was professional, responsive and knowledgable. He showed great integrity in the process of selling our home. I would recommend Marc as an agent within the Villages Florida in order to have your home on the MLS versus solely the VLS. The time frame for my house having a contract was less than one month. Marc's contract was fair and I preferred to go with an agent who would use the MLS. There was no issue with getting plenty of traffic and interested parties to my home. Marc preformed with 100% accuracy all of the roles written within the contract. He went above and beyond that to help me with several issues.

Marc sent me a listing that wasn't showing up on Zillow. Homes where I wanted to buy are hard to come by. The area was about 7 hours away from I lived.
