I gave Mary and Alex a list of homes I really wanted to see and I was able to see them all. The houses on the market were moving fast and she made it possible to see them all. She prepared a list of houses to see each day, usually 6 of them, and had everything coordinated perfectly. On the third day we found "Our Florida home"! She even made sure I had a snack and kept hydrated due to hot days. She did the walk-thru for us since we were in Missouri which eased our minds thoroughly! Our final walk-thru, the day of closing, the yard was not mowed and Mary made several phone calls to make sure it was mowed by builder per the contract. She made all the paperwork that needed to be done from afar so easy to understand and easy to sign. Sometimes it took several phone calls on her part to help us understand! She went above all expectations!! We've made our first Florida friends with Mary and Alex!!!

We flew in from out of state and met with Mary. We had already discussed with her the type of property we were interested in purchasing. Mary had several houses already for us to see. We saw many properties and finally decided to put in an offer on one that we both liked on the second day seeing homes with Mary. We ended up flying back and was kept up to date on the process by Mary. Unfortunately, the first house did not pan out due to incentives that we were not going to receive. So, we put in an offer on our second choice. After the completion of the new build was not completed as promised on the second home, we found a third choice online. Mary went and met with the realtor that listed the house for us. She went above and beyond and made videos and live chat views on the 3rd house we were interested in putting in an offer. The house was actually just perfect, and we made an offer that was accepted. The finance bank was able to close in 3 weeks which worked out perfect. We traveled from Arizona to Floridia during the thanksgiving week and was able to close on the Monday after the holiday. The entire process went smoothly, and we were able to move in the next day. We are thankful to have Mary as our relator and all the work and time she devoted to help us during the entire process. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new home.
Having a death in family, I really did not know what to do or where to start. Mary (eXp Realty) took me through the process, gave me the name of a few attorneys to call and start Probate.
