We first had the opportunity to meet and work with Cindy Metz, of Reisdorf Metz & Partners a little over 10 years ago when I was relocated to the Greater Phoenix area. Cindy helped us review the towns and neighborhoods in the North Scottsdale / North 101 Loop area and her knowledge of these areas was extremely helpful in selecting locations to view as part of the home buying process. She was meticulous in the tours of each home that was visited to point out all of the positive features as well as some of the areas that we should be aware of for each specific location, much more than we would have known as only second time homebuyers. When we selected the house that would be our home, Cindy was integral through the entire process from negotiation, contract terms, inspection and closing. We felt fully comfortable with our transaction with Cindy leading the way. Our careers led to a move from the area and Cindy was equally as knowledgeable when we had to market and sell our home.
Fast forward to 2022, several houses and years later, relocation found ourselves again moving back to the Greater Phoenix area, specifically the West side of the city. Our first call was to Cindy to see if she was still serving the area, and luckily for us, she was. While significantly distant from our former house in the area, we were again impressed with Cindys knowledge of the area that has been developing over the past decade since we last lived in Arizona. Cindy spent several hours and tours with us again and we felt the same comfort that she would recommend properties that matched our taste as well as bring her vast knowledge of the area and homes to assist. Due to travel schedules, we had to have a few virtual showings with one of her partners, Katie Metz, who was equally knowledgeable in thoroughly reviewing the homes with us, and quite the video expert I might add.
We again found a house that we loved, and the buyers market was slowly turning due to supply and interest rates, Cindy and Katie were strategic with our offer process and negotiation. The transaction was again flawless with Cindy and Katie right there every step of the way up to owning a fabulous home. Cindy and Katie Metz are not just Real estate pros in every sense of the word. They also treat you like family and friends. I moved to AZ from CA 10 months ago and experienced so many problems getting my home sold in CA. We originally just wanted to check out areas of Scottsdale to see where we wanted to live. Since most areas are gated, we had to enlist the help of a realtor.
