My husband and I are originally from the west coast and decided that we wanted to move to West Virginia. Never having even visited WV, we began our search online. We had the great fortune of finding Keenan when we called him about a house that he had listed. He was quick to respond and was informative right off the bat. Not being familiar with the area at all, we knew that the right realtor would be someone who was knowledgeable about the areas we were intersted in as well as someone who would be willing to guide us in our search and take the time to answer the many many questions that we had. Keenan was an invaluable resource for everything from information about the houses we were interested in, to the local areas, shopping, utilities, recommendations for services, and even places to stay while we were in town. Keenan seems to know just about every person, every business, and even most houses in his service area. He is plugged in to his community and his field. I'd go as far as to call him an expert in his field!

Keenan has the patience of a saint! Being that we lived completely across the country, we wanted to make one house hunting trip only and we wanted to see as many properties as we could in one trip. We had a big list of houses we wanted to see. Keenan talked through the list with us, helped us to narrow it down to 14, and even added in a couple of listings that we hadn't seen online that he thought were in line with what we were looking for. It turns out that our two favorites, and the one we bought, ended up being the ones he suggested. This goes to show how well he listened to our wants and needs and how well he knows his market.

Throughout the entire escrow process Keenan was always only a phone call or text away. He kept us up to date with everything that was happening and even worked late to accomodate our 3 hour time difference.

Keenan's team of professional partners were all wonderful as well. He is dialed in with his partners in escrow, inspection, and appraisal. It almost seems like you are working with only one company the whole time.
