Our first realtor did not perform as promised. Our house was not marketed as it should have been. Monte took over and our house was sold in two weeks. We had moved out of state and Monte took over the landscape maintenance. He did everything he promised he would do. The house was marketed well. We are pleased with what Monte did for us.
