This was the worst experience I could have ever hoped for! My name is Joshua and I work as a construction manager in the Lexington area. I have a family and a father to 5 children from 1-13 years of age and expecting our next in early July. I had been searching for our dream home after recently selling our 10 year home and outgrowing it and have been renting in Lexington since. I was using Zillow and was connected with Tina French with Realty World after finding the home we wanted and had been searching for just outside of Lexington in Richmond Ky. The home was for sale by owner and had only been on the market for 14 days when I requested my viewing. Once meeting Tina there and touring the home and telling her that we were in love and felt it was everything we wanted including the price! She congratulated us on expecting and we told her we were so excited to put a bid in on the property. She told us that after our appointment there was another appointment to see the home. At the time I was not aware but soon found out that the other appointment was another client she had. It turned out this buyer was going to bid the price against me. I had understood that there was competition so I bid a price within reason of the asking price. Tina and I discussed the offer as a solid offer and proceeded, again at the time unaware that this was a client she was also representing. The following morning I submitted my bid and by that afternoon Tina contacted me to let me know that the seller took the other offer due to me having a FHA loan compared to the rival conventional loan offer, and that she was sorry. It was then I found out that this was her client she invited to the showing and bid against me! Who does this?! I feel betrayed and discouraged for entertaining Tina French as my realtor and feel she was intentionally intending to create a bid war to increase her commission. This is the way of the world now days and I accept I trusted a person to have my best interest but this realtor business is worse than dealing with car salesman. I contacted Realty World, her broker firm and expressed my frustration and was told Sorry this can happen sometimes. I was hoping to go into the new year in our new home but now we are still paying rent and back searching. I would never recommend using the agent. 2023
Tina was the first realtor we worked with to look houses as a first time home buyer. She was helpful and was willing to go above and beyond for us to find our first home. It was a great experience working with her.
We chose Tina to help us sell our home that we raised our children in. The house was too big for just the two of us and selling was needed but also emotional. Tina was awesome helping us every step of the way. Always courteous and professional. She made this process of selling our house smooth and easy. Tina had great communication and was quick on getting back with us with all questions. We had a lot of hiccups with the buyers financing but she communicated with them and got it done.

Tina made selling our home easy! She explained everything in detail for what we needed to do to our home to make the selling process go as easy and smooth as it did. Tina was professional, experienced and was there to answer any questions that we had. She was always available to answer our questions. Tina is absolutely wonderful to work with. I cant wait for us to find our forever home with Tina. Highly recommend Tina French if you are in the market for buying or selling.
When we started looking for our 1st home, we wasnt for sure who our realtor would be but when the banker told us to call Tina, there wasnt a doubt in our mind that she was the realtor for us, she is so smart and knows her knowledge of the realtor business, she is one of the nicest and kindest people weve ever meet!! Shes a great realtor!!!
Ms French did a excellent job of selling my property for me .She sold it quickly and closed fast.If I ever needed to sell or buy I would use her as my broker.
I ask Tina to list my house, she came right out took pics, got it listed, sold and closed within a few months. She was there to answer every question we had and made sure to be there with us at closing. She truly cares about helping others sell their homes and finding the perfect home for new home buyers. Just tell her what your looking for and she'll work hard to find it.
Tina helped me sale my house when the other realtors couldn't , she had it sold within the month. Tina takes alit of pictures which I think helps. Tina also helped me find my new awesome house. Tina goes above and beyond to help her clients.
Tina was extremely professional. She was always available and walked me through the entire process. She grew to know me and the things I looked for in a perfect first home. She work diligently, effectively, and was persistent and dedicated to helping me find my first home. She is so sweet, and definitely more of a friend than an agent. Very grateful that I chose to work with her. She will get the job done no matter what! My situation is living proof!
