I was impressed by Les Priest's approach to marketing our property from the first day we met. He took photos from multiple days in order to capture the most effective lighting. He changed the road and property location signage after he saw them and before I could make a comment. He thouroughly knows the lakes in our area giving him an edge when meeting with buyers. Our property was listed immediately on the web as promised and appropriately listed in various publications.
Les is the most engaged broker that I have ever met, from beginning to end. He checked on our house for us after we relocated to another area.
