Charlotte Word is a dedicated real estate agent. She gives every client the same attention and helpfulness as she did myself and my wife. In the long run, yes, I would recommend Charlotte to everyone and maybe they will become friends as we did.

Since we were living in Liberty Hill, TX at the time we were looking for a home in the Baton Rouge/Denham Springs area; it wasn't financially feasible for us to drive to Baton Rouge every weekend. Charlotte who was shadowing Melody Black Bourgeois (a licensed agent) together would send us a list of available properties and by the time we got around to looking at them online they were gone. We came over several times just to look at current properties and we found a home we really liked; Melody and Charlotte would help us put in a bid and by the time the seller saw our bid it was already under contract. Melody and Charlotte came up with a brilliant idea; they would go and do a video chat with us as they walked around the property. That saved us a trip over and gave us a heads up on getting our bid in. Melody nor Charlotte didn't try to persuade us on which house to purchase; they just let the video do the work. We found a house, put in a bid and because Melody & Charlotte suggested that we offer to not only pay the closing costs but also pay for the home warranty. Because of their brilliant idea, we got the home we wanted. We are now happy homeowners. We would definitely use Charlotte as our agent in the future and have already recommended her to several of our friends.
