Andrew Payne was just the agent we needed; our situation was rather complex and he made every step as easy as he could for us.

We were parting with a beloved family property which had become too large and difficult for my siblings and me to maintain. The emotional stress was pretty intense but with Andrew's tactful help we were able to part with the place with relative ease. He was thoughtful and considerate scheduling to accommodate a disabled family member who was homebound during several of the showings. His tact is far beyond what I would have expected from a real estate agent.

I know for a fact that Andrew put in many long hours making sure all of the paperwork details were in order - he replied to email queries from me early and late. If there was something that needed tending to, he did that and informed me all along the way as to what it all meant. Good thing; I don't know anything about this sort of transaction and and was anxious about making the right decisions.

All of my calls and emails were either answered instantly or quickly, which was not the case with some of the other people we worked with in the course of this sale.

I cannot express the wholehearted gratitude I have to Andrew. I recommend him to anyone lucky enough to have the chance to work with him.

Although this is not the place to review another sale Andrew helped with, I will say he helped a family member find and purchase a place and his skill and tact were just the same as with the sale reviewed here.
