I could not have asked for an easier and more seamless sale than with Keri! She was extensively prepared the first time we met to discuss the option of selling my home with comps, ideas for listing, and different points of view that I had not considered. She was meticulous with confirming viewings with me, working with photographers, and even helping with simple things like making signs for potential buyers to understand how to use my home automation and automated lights!
I don't know where to begin. Keri is amazing! Not only as a Realtor but as a person. She has gone over above and beyond anything we could have expected or asked for. She walked/talked us through this entire process of selling our home (this was our first time and we needed a LOT of help). she answered calls, email, texts day or night. What really did if for us was when she sat at our house to oversee the packers, so we could go to our daughter's Kindergarten Graduation. To me that says a lot. She also interviewed the realators we used for our new home in a different state and she sent us a house warming gift, which was wonderful. We were nervous to start the search for a home, especially trying to buy virtually. Keri went above and beyond time and time again. We were stationed in Guam at the time and had never even been to Alaska. She coordinated endless FaceTimes to show us house after house at times that worked for us. Houses werent even on the market for 24 hours before they had multiple offers in. Her hard work, knowledge, and commitment gave us the confidence we needed. Her husband happens to be a contractor and she had a ton of insight on that aspect of things when entering a house. She was honest and perfectly blunt when something looked off in a house. She protected us from things we would have never even thought of in home buying. She worked her magic and Im typing this as I sit on the couch in my beautiful new home. Our family truly has her to thank for the opportunity to build this house into our home. So much gratitude for such an amazing realtor who has turned into an amazing friend through the process.
