We have worked with Karen several times. She recently listed our house in Choctaw. When doing the comps she told us there werent any to substantiate our price but she listed it for the price we had discussed anyway. She guided us through the process of listing, showing, reviewing offers, accepting an offer, getting it ready for the final walk through and finally the sale. The house appraised at the asking price and all were happy. We appreciated her being upfront with us and explaining how the selling process works.
