Diedra was thorough, responsive, smart, and so nice, just lovely to work with. We have worked with realtors in the past that represent themselves well, but then don't follow through. She is the opposite of that-she is genuine, hardworking, and dependable. We felt she cared about us and our situation, and really worked hard on our behalf. She even got a report of what the last years utilities had cost for the home we decided to purchase so we could get an idea of what we would be paying in the future, which I think is one example of how she goes above and beyond. Deidra sold our home for us in less than a week. First showing, the house sold. We chose to work with Deidra because we bought our last home with her as our agent. Overall, we really liked Deidra and felt that she offered good insight and tips. We did have an issue with getting the seller to take care of some trees that were pushing the fence over and it ended with the seller agreeing to fix the fence which now we will have to both remove the trees and replace that section of fence. I dont know if there was anything more Deidra could have done to convince the seller to make it right but it leaves an approximately $2k in tree removal and new fence on us which isnt ideal. 2020
