Although I don't have an issue with Matt personally he does work as the seller's agent for R. Rush Ellis who is the developer/builder at Bridlewood in Milton. Our negative experience with Rush Ellis began simply enough asking when our shutters and porch railing would be installed per the photo used to advertise the property. We were informed that we were not getting those. That the pic was that of a "similar" house. After much back and forth and a full price offer we made it a condition of settlement and he agreed to supply and install shutters. That was in December of 2020. To date August 2021 we still do not have the shutters. Rush informed us recently that he wouldn't install them because we think he's an "idiot". I don't recall saying that to him but it's possible after he initially refused to add topsoil to our septic leach field to cover the pipes that were exposed due to erosion and soil settlement. He seems to be a petulant little man with a chip on his shoulder. Steer clear of dealing with him if at all possible. We still have 4 months left on our home warranty.
