Michelle is a fantastic realtor who understands the trends and styles people want in this market. With her knowledge and list of items to be completed on the house, we were able to put the house under contract less than 12 hours for the price me and my wife were wanting. I had tried to sell the house for a couple of months prior without the help of her real estate expertise, and lets just say there wasnt a whole lot of interest.
