I cannot say enough about Lindsay. I dont know that I would have made it through this process without her! We met on New Years Day while my family and I were in town on vacation and to begin the house hunt. She spent her day driving around with us looking at several homes and spent the next 6 months showing us more houses, in person and by FaceTime, and scouring the area to find exactly what we wanted - a little acreage in a good school district with a strict budget. It seemed impossible but she made it happen! It took a lot of negotiations, time and frustration but she never once wavered. She was right there fighting for us with every step. Weve become friends and neighbors and I couldnt imagine buying or selling a home without her! In fact, I had my parents use her to find their home, too (which again, was no easy task)! We initially met Lindsay on a Monday through a showing that was listed on Zillow. That first house turned out to be a stinker in more ways than one! We liked Lindsay as she was no-nonsense and honest with us and let us take our time viewing the first home with no pressure. On our way out, we mentioned that we were interested in homes in a certain area of Nampa, Idaho. Lindsay offered to set up a search for us. By that afternoon, we were getting emails about available homes that were in our area and we started doing drive-bys. Two says later, after driving by about 20 homes we found a couple that we wanted to view. Lindsay promptly set-up showings for us of the two homes we liked. Thursday morning, we viewed the two homes and settled on the second one. It had just hit the market that morning and was priced fairly and in the PERFECT location for us..and it had fabulous trees! Anyway, we spent a lot of time Thursday afternoon texting, emailing and phoning Lindsay and her tag-team partner, Carmen on structuring the offer. By 6:30 that evening we submitted the offer for a quick close. That Thursday afternoon, I felt like we were Lindsay and Carmens only client, as they were responsive and worked fast to get our offer together quickly, but also to make sure it was accurate. Friday, we were awaiting word on our offer. The listing agent was slow to respond. Lindsay and Carmen repeatedly inquired on our behalf and finally that afternoon we learned that our offer had been ACCEPTED over six other offers! Carmen and Lindsay had successfully helped us to present an offer that was attractive enough to the sellers to accept and was within our parameters. Fast forward eight days later.we closed on the home with the assistance of Lindsay, Carmen and Ashley at TitleOne to clear the necessary hurdles. I recommend Lindsay for your real estate needs, she got the job done for us.

I remember when we first met Lindsay at a house we didnt know if we could afford or if it was even what we wanted. We were just window shopping really. We didnt know if we should even buy a house! Lindsay changed all of that. She realized we didnt have a mortgage broker that would help us understand the financing process so she introduced us to Edgar at loanDepot who significantly changed our lives and helped us figure out what would work best for us.
