Vanessa was super helpful in making my purchase go through. She was available to contact at any time of need! The sellers we worked with were unwilling to do simple things like clean the place up and left large piles of junk and trash (even though the seller is a realtor!). Vanessa went above and beyond to pay for a professional cleaning as well as hiring a junk removal company to take care of the mess left behind post sale. This showed that she really did care about us since she could have simply walked away from the sale, but instead she made sure we were able to move right into our new home and make it our own!
