Mary was our saving grace! It was our first time buying a home, and we were in the dark about how the process works. Mary made sure we knew what to expect, and understood the whole process. Unfortunately we had a lot of troubles with our lender, but Mary was always there to crack the wip! She helped us negotiate a fair price in an unfair market, and made sure we were not getting tricked into a bad deal. Her relationships with inspectors, title agents, and even the city employees made it a breeze. She was always available when we had questions or concerns, and always put us at ease. I would recommend Mary to ANYONE buing a home, but especially first home buyers. I honestly do not think we could have bought our new home without miracle worker Mary!
