I was referred to Zeb and Summit Realty by a co-worker when I was looking to sell my house. Zeb came to my house in the spring to do a walkthrough to make some recommendations on what to fix and update, and what not to do, he then did a market analysis and market value. In October, knowing the market wasn't great, I met with Zeb and we came up with a plan to put the house on the market. Randi was put in contact with me and walked me through all the administrative items. Zeb put up his signs and the house sold 3 days before being officially on the market. Both Zeb and Randi were professional and easy to work with. I would recommend Zeb and Summit Realty Group for anyone looking to buy or sell in Fairbanks.
