James is the best when it comes to buying a home. He also answers all questions and if he doesn't answer the phone when you call he calls back in a timely manner. When it was time for us to move on to big and better, Jim stepped up and helped us with everything. We had a couple of bumps in the road to get to where we are but he never gave up. I had been looking for a house for nearly 3 years when I came upon the perfect property for me. I inquired about it and that same evening James returned my text.
I wanted to view the house and viewing began on a Friday. It sold that day. I was devastated. James reassured me that he would not abandon me and would find me a house.
The next day after "my house" was sold and I was about to close the page i looked again and it no longer said "pending" and was back to for sale. I texted James immediately and he saw what i saw! He then contacted the listing agent to find out the status. It was indeed for sale as the previous deal had fallen through. I managed to make the trip up to the house a few days later and James took us through the house. He was knowledgeable and had answers to most of my questions.
I loved the house, put in an offer and it was accepted. James did the impossible. He kept communications open so I didn't lose this house. He always kept me in the loop.
What impressed me the most about James was that he treated me the same buying a $50,000 house as he would if I had been in the market for a mansion!
If I ever am in the market for one, James is who I will contact!
