Gwen was like an angel in disguise. I had given up hope in selling my house at market price, but she reassured me that she would do her best and not to agree to sell my property for less than market value, despite the current climate in the real estate market. She diligently showed the house and was a positive advocate for me. She was relentless, persistent yet firm. Gwen sold my house fast and at a great price when other realtors told me that it could not be done. She is the BEST and I highly recommend her! She is a breath of fresh air on a HOT and STUFFY day!
