Lynette was and is Great to work with. At first it took a couple of calls and chats to decide the type of property and location that I was looking for in an investment property. Living in another state Lynette would send me photo's of properties that I might like, although, many were still covered in snow. There were four requirements for me regarding the purchase of the Lot: i) I needed to be able to trust the agent and her advice ii) the location was important, iii) the Lot had to be wooded, and iv) the price needed to be within an acceptable range. Lynette's service did not stop there as she worked with me and the other agent representing the seller through the negotiations of several price offers. Perhaps the most important quality traits she has is her service & communication that has continued to be demonstrate by her willingness to provide help with key contact information for building a cabin, working through electrical issues & representations for facility hookups, and always addressing calls and texts after the purchase to help out. This property was purchased without me ever physically seeing it prior to closing and that took trust from both parties. I don't feel I have just a Real estate Agent that represented me but a new friend and those are often hard to come by.
