This is our second amazing experience with Kathleen and Rick. They originally sold our house on Mercedes Dr and bought our house in Payton Oaks in 2005 ... then sold our house is Payton Oaks recently. They worked with us on updating the Marketing for the home and and offered suggestions to stage the home in order to get it sold. It worked! We got offers above our asking price and sold within 3 days.
In addition to their professional attitude they are just plain nice people to work with and were incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. (even during a holiday weekend).

Long Version: When I met Kathleen, I was totally ignorant about the home-buying process. I only knew that I wanted to buy a "cute ITP house" on an "OTP" budget! (This is laughable if you know anything about home prices in Atlanta, but it was my dream!) I was nervous about my ability to afford to live in the city, worried that real estate agents would care less about me because of my small budget, and stressed about how I was going to make my dream come true...but that all went away after my first meeting with Kathleen! She was/is compassionate, caring, funny, and an all-around cool person. She brought a wealth of knowledge and experience that allowed me to feel confident and secure as a home-buyer.
