So we trusted her expertise and sure enough the house was valued at what she told us and boom that started our selling journey. I had the pleasure of working with Bailey a little over a year ago. In all honesty; I had spoken with a realtor before contacting Bailey. Basically; I wanted to know about a specific house that meant a lot to me but would not have been as "financially beneficial" to a realtor. I could feel from the conversation that the other realtor was not interested in what I wanted. BAILEY on the other hand asked me questions to help her find the answers for me! I knew it'd be a long shot and I didn't get that house, but the fact that she tried says it all. Bailey has this intangible quality about her to not only listen to what you are saying, but actually care as well. From day 1; it felt like her happiness from this experience was going to depend on my happiness! When I say she works hard would just be an understatement! She showed me the first house and before I was 2 miles down the road; she called to see if I wanted to see another one that just got listed that day! No missing opportunities with Bailey! In March of 2021 my boyfriend and I decided we wanted to buy our first house. We were scared to start the process because neither of us knew anything about buying a house. We contacted Bailey Record in April and she instantly started giving us advice and showing us houses. I absolutely loved working with Bailey, we could tell that she was really trying to get to know us so that she could be more helpful in trying to find the perfect home for us. We showed Bailey a house on Zillow that we absolutely loved (but it was already contingent) just so that she knew more or less what we were looking for. We looked and looked but we were not able to find a house that felt right. Even though we kept looking we were losing hope. Then one morning in late July we got a text from Bailey and she said that that house that we showed her months before was on the market again! She got us in that same day to see it and we put an offer on it. That same night Bailey called us and told us that our offer was accepted! We closed about a month later and we are now living in our perfect first home. Working with Bailey was the best experience! I am so thankful that she was so patient with us for all of those months and that she never gave up on us. If we ever had any questions she always knew the answer, and even if she didnt she would find out right away for us! She was also flexible with our time and she always made our showings happen.
